The grant competition for the Fulbright joint grant to Columbia University is open.

Fulbright Denmark awards one student a DKK 85,000 grant + tuition reduction for Columbia University, Graduate School of Arts & Sciences in New York City. This joint grant is a unique opportunity for ambitious Danish students who are interested in pursuing a full Master’s degree within the field of Arts or Science at an Ivy League University. Columbia University is one of the best universities in the U.S. and has hosted numerous Fulbrighters over the years. Being a student at Columbia University provides a great opportunity to further your academic career while learning from international scholars and students. And because of its location in upper Manhattan, you will also be able to explore everything New York City has to offer.

Fulbright Denmark is based on a bi-national treaty from 1951. It is publicly funded by the Danish and the American states, and the U.S. Ambassador to Denmark is honorary chair of the Fulbright Denmark Board. Fulbright Denmark offers grants to both Danes to the U.S.A. and Americans to Denmark.
