Interested in EU-U.S. relations or EU affairs?
The Fulbright-Schuman program offers approximately 10-15 scholarships for study, research, and lecturing in the United States. Grants are open to European applicants within all academic fields of study, but their projects must relate to U.S.-EU relations or EU affairs.
The grants are administered by the Commission for Educational Exchange between the United States of America, Belgium and Luxembourg (Fulbright Belgium), and they are jointly financed by the U.S. State Department and the Directorate-General for Education and Culture of the European Commission.
Duration
3-9 months (one or two semesters)
Benefits
Students: Monthly stipend of EUR 2000
Scholars: Monthly stipend of EUR 3000
+ One time travel stipend of EUR 2000
Deadline
December 1st, 2024 for the academic year 2025/2026
Who can apply
Eligible projects must be relevant to at least two EU member states
